What are the delivery methods in France and abroad?
In France Delivery is free and will be sent to your home by post via Colissimo.
To In the European Union and Switzerland delivery is €6.00 and is made via Chronopost with a signature on arrival. From €200, delivery is free.
Import taxes, our products coming directly from France may be subject to customs taxes for countries outside the European Union.
These taxes, for example Great Britain or Switzerland or other countries outside Europe, will be reimbursed on invoice to email us at: email@example.com

Returns and Exchanges
Rules for returns and exchanges: You have 14 days from delivery by post to change your mind and return the item to us in its original condition with the order form received for identification.

We process orders during working days (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). The shipping time is 3 to 7 working days. The delivery time can be a little longer during the launch periods of the big collection of the month or during the sales.
